Built in 1894 and 208’ long, the largest private yacht ever built. This was for William A. Slater, wealthy descendant of the family that founded the American textile industry.
The first of a set of good par threes here at Bath. A medium to long iron is needed to reach the green on this difficult one-shot hole. The green sits high above with a deep bunker on the left and a rock outcropping on the right. Three is always a good score here.
